About ME
I’m Khyati Gandhi, an entrepreneur from India and Canada, driven by a deep-seated passion for human connection. For the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my life to telling stories, starting as a producer at 94.3 Radio One in Mumbai. The magic of radio, the power of a voice, ignited my soul. I interviewed Bollywood’s brightest stars, but it was the unspoken stories, the human experiences, that truly captivated me.
My journey led me to Humans of Bombay, where I captured not just images, but the essence of people’s lives. Each stranger I met held a universe of stories, waiting to be heard. I realized that every one of us carries a unique narrative, a treasure trove of memories.
WHY ME?
Early this year, I experienced a profound loss: the passing of my beloved grandfather. In moments of sorrow and uncertainty, I yearned for his voice, his wisdom, his unwavering spirit. His life stories, filled with hope, courage, and resilience, were a beacon of strength.
Inspired by this longing, I created Memories in a Pod. A platform to immortalize life’s most cherished moments. Just as I wished to relive my grandfather’s stories, I want to help you preserve your legacy.
